Crystal Quotient is for practicing vocabulary and reading comprehension, the verbal skills that make up crystallized intelligence (Gc). It has no account, no sign-in, no ads and no in-app purchases.

Definitions don't load
Definitions are looked up live when you open a word, so they need an internet connection. If you're offline, the app shows a short message in place of the definition; try again once you're connected. To stay within the dictionary service's limits, lookups share a daily limit across all users of the app. If it's reached, definitions return the next day (the limit resets at midnight UTC). If you open a large number of words in a very short time, the app may also ask you to wait a minute before trying again. Your words and progress are unaffected either way.
Where my progress is saved
Your vocabulary lists, review schedule, reading sessions and streak are stored only on your iPhone. There is no account and no cloud sync, so progress doesn't move between devices. Deleting the app deletes your progress.
What the scores mean
Scores in Crystal Quotient are practice scores. They're meant to help you track your own practice over time. They are not a psychological test, an assessment or a diagnosis of anything, and they shouldn't be used for clinical, educational or employment decisions.
